Privacy Policy

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address and delivery address, along with the items, amounts and status of your order. If you sign in to the admin area, we store your account email.

Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage so it survives a refresh. It stays on your device.

To roast, pack and deliver your order, to send order updates over email or WhatsApp, to handle refunds and support, and to keep basic business records.

Payments are handled by Cashfree Payments. Card, UPI and netbanking details are entered on Cashfree's systems — we never receive or store them. We keep only the payment reference IDs and the paid/pending status against your order.

Only the services we need to run the shop: our hosting and database provider, Cashfree for payments, and the courier partner delivering your parcel. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

We use only what the site needs to work — session and cart storage. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and statutory requirements. You can ask us to delete anything we're not required to keep.

Access to order data is restricted to authorised accounts and enforced at the database level. This page describes our practices; it is not an independent certification.
