How fresh is it really?

Your jar doesn't exist until you order it. Orders placed before 3 pm go into the kadhai the same evening; anything later joins the next morning's batch. It's sealed warm and shipped the same day it's roasted.

Why only 3 ingredients?

Because that's all a good roast needs — Grade-A phool makhana, slow-cultured desi cow ghee, and hand-pounded rock salt. Everything else on a typical label is there to survive a warehouse. We don't have one.

Delivery areas & timelines

We deliver across India. Most orders reach you in 2–4 days after roasting. Delivery is free above ₹499, otherwise a flat ₹49. You'll get a WhatsApp update when your batch is roasted and again when it ships.

Shelf life & storage

Accepted Answer

Best within 3 weeks of roasting. Keep the jar tightly closed, away from steam and the stove. If it ever softens, five minutes in a dry pan brings the crunch back.

Yes — weddings, Diwali hampers, office boxes. Message us on WhatsApp with quantities and dates, and we'll plan the batches around your delivery day.
